15cm diameter made from 3mm raw mdf. Available in 3mm raw mdf ready for you to paint and decorate or available in white and 3mm raw mdf.
Hearts will vary in size depending on quantity required for Grandkids.
Comes with up to 10 hearts engraved with names and can be changed from Our Grandkids to My Grandkids.
With the white faced front and the back raw mdf – you could let your kids paint the backing to make it even more special for their grandmother/grandparents!!
