Our shipping rates are to be advised, per order.
A tracking is an ID that may be sent to you in an email. You can follow the link in that email onto the shipping provider's site, enter the tracking ID to track your order.
All orders will ship as soon as possible after confirmation of receipt of funds on business days. Orders will be processed as quicking as possible but the processing of orders may vary from seven (7) days up to three (3) or four (4) weeks during busy times. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. All orders are delivered by Australia Post and various couriers but delivery times are not guaranteed. We utilise Express Post as well as various couriers. Usually, if you're not home or at the shipping premises you specify during your purchase when it arrives, your parcel will be left at your address. All orders are considered delivered once they are placed in the hands of Australia Post or courier. No orders will be replaced unless you advise that you wish to have insurance coverage on your orders to cover you for loss or damage during transit.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left our warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible, and choose 'Changing Shipping Address' in the Subject Drop Down Menu.
DAMAGES AND FAULTS
Our quality control process helps us ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. We are not responsible if the packaging received has been damaged by the Shipping Providers, therefore, we recommend getting insurance on your orders to avoid any unsatisfactory outcome arising out of the shipping providers faults.
